so it was my moms 50th birthday, and I (being the baker of the family)  was in charge of the cake.  I couldn't just make something normal, as the 5-0 requires an amount of joking around. so here ya go 1/2 of 100:



It was just a slab cake cut into the shape you see.  And I'll admit that I used a cake mix and canned frosting....  but hey, sometimes thats just as good eh?

this is too funny. if only i had seen this last year when my mom turned 50....she hates her birthday so this have made it seem less bad, lol. very creative idea and it looks uber tasty too.

Very cool! From the thumbnail, I thought it said "inn" and wondered what that was about!   Embarrassed

My dh is a mathematician, so I'll have to remember this for him...he'll be 45 in a couple of weeks. Maybe I could do an angle cake!
