Last year I saw Vegbee's scoodies on her blog(http://indietutes.blogspot.com/2007/09/scoodie.html) and knew I had to try my hand at making one.  Then I saw one here on craftster the turned the scoodie into a wizard's cap by adding a point http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=228052.0 . I knew that my wizard obsessed friend Sam would like this, so I showed him the picture and he said he wanted one.  Now, much later, I finally got around to making one for him!  Here are some pictures (sorry there are so many of them)

We went to Joann's together and he picked out the fabric himself.

The entire thing was done in fleece, with a black butterfly patterned one for the outside and plain purple for the lining.

Sam loves his scoodie  Grin

My next project is a scoodie for me, minus the pointy wizard part.  I picked out a lovely white and blue floral fleece for the outside and I plan on using a brown fake fur blanket I stole from my ex-boyfriend for the lining  Wink
