Ahhh.. you did awesome!  I have been reading the posts from your inspiration dress...since it was posted.  I have been craving to see it created in other colors & this one is definitely gorgeous!  LOL about being hard to get in & out of... I can only imagine.

blacksunshine ~ in her first post...she put the link to the green ribbon dress & refers to it as "my inspiration dress"...so Yes, it is!

B-E-A-utiful!  and so are you... ditto on the model qualities, as well!

in response...
I'm not a model..I wish!

And for those who are inspired:
I have no idea how sakijane managed to make her dress with so many ribbons. It's really hard! Make sure you MEASURE the size of ribbons you need. Put on the top/dress/whatever and use a measuring tape. I had a bunch of too-short and too-long ribbons. Both were a problem--the short ones made it so I could not fit into the dress (had to cut them off), and the too-long ones bunched under the bust part. I had tried estimating the length by putting a pillow inside the dress as my poorman's dress form, and it did NOT work.

Question: Did you sew down the whole ribbon or just at the ends? or tack it down at several points?

I hand-sewed it at the two side seams, and along the back. Then I machine-sewed ribbon onto the back seams over the edges, so that held it in tight. On the top, I tacked it in at 2 more points to prevent it from slacking down.

If you wanted to be able to wear it in daytime, you could always do the same thing to a plain black Tee-shirt.

This would be a perfect application of the make-your-own masking/duct tape dress form.

But, even so, your's looks beautiful.  I love the colors.  And your boyfriend's pink tie is so very very.
