I love your pictures!  hard to take when the buggers are moving so fast Wink  I live in Seattle and the Blue Angels fly over Lake Washington and it's always so spectacular and the sound? I love it Grin Cheesy probably wouldn't like it over my house though.. The Blue Angels park right next to my husbands building when they're here....lucky duck. great pictures!

I was so excited that these came out like they did, I made it a point to go outside yesterday when they were flying because they are some beautiful birds Smiley I love jet noise, and it probably wouldnt have been so loud if my house wasnt still naked on the inside hehe, its really quiet today, too quiet in my opinion...

You did a great job capturing the planes! I spent 13 years as a military wife and I know what you mean about the jet noise! It was always comforting to me! It took a while for me to get used to the quiet when I moved away! Anyway, fantastic job with the photos! Your husband will get to feel like he was there!

ohh how cool!
I just saw the Thunderbirds a few weeks ago and it was pretty sweet Smiley
I agree that moving planes are really flipping hard to take a good picture of, but I think you succeeded Smiley

These are great!! My hubby was stationed on the USS Truman for his enlistment, so we lived in Norfolk. and I loved hearing the jets, and getting to see the air show on the family day cruises!!
I miss it!

Go Navy!! Grin
