Ok, so I am the first to tell you that I have never embroidered.  The last time I used embroidery thread I was in junior high school making friendship bracelets.  No needles involved.  So thanks to craftygurlllll, Smiley I have decided to give it a try.

Every stitch I made was intentional, the inconsistent short and long, the crisscrossing... I thought it would add character, as if I do not have enough to dish out!  I do not like the way my french knots turned out but I really like them and will practice those.  I made this pattern up as I went along.

Looking for any kind of feedback!  Thank you!

I think it's really cute! I love how simple it is. Is it on denim?

Thank you.  I used duck fabric.  I love using it for purses because it is sturdy.  I have tons of scraps and I thought it would work to embroider on... and it did.

I don't know anything about embroidery (like you, I just made bracelets in middle school!) but I love how simple and straight-forward it looks. Very nice. Cheesy

Autumn is my favorite season.  Husband I were married on Halloween (10th anniversary this year Cheesy) does that tell you anything?

It's great! I think you definitely succeeded in giving it some personality and charm. I like the way the leaves almost look like flames, which is the feeling I get from fall leaves at their peak.
