My friend gave me these pants (that she absolutely loved) because they were too big, well, they are too big for me now so I was going to donate them or something... While she was over I looked at them and said "wouldn't these make a great bag??" because they have fantastic pockets. She totally agreed so I decided to make her a bag out of them. I used some scraps of this gorgeous floral I had laying around for the liner and I cut the waistband of the pants to use around the top seam of the bag because I liked the detail of the belt loops. It turned out just as I had pictured in my head and I'm sad that I have to give it to her Sad Oh well, she's paying me for the work!

I wish I had a before pic... grrr!
