This was a pretty quick and easy costume for a Beatles fan, though I had to explain it to a lot of people.  I whipped up a cloud dress (which turned out more scandalous than I had intended) and a newspaper taxi hat that later turned into a newspaper flower basket to hold orange marmalade cookies.  To replace the hat, I made a cellophane flower headband.  I melted some glitter crayons on an old pair of sunglasses and added various trinkets before the wax cooled.  I topped the costume off with some gaudy diamonds and well-placed stickers, and, viola(!) I was ready too freeze my behind off at various Halloween parties.

Props to you! Not that many people your age would get that costume unless they were a die hard Beatles fan. You sure thought outside of the box. What do you think you will be this year? Abbey Road? You could wear a black top and bottoms with yellow lines representing a road going up you with a name badge that says "Abbey"

Abbey Road's pretty good!  Maybe Rita the meter maid?Huh My boyfriend wants us to go as Paul and Linda, but I don't know if I can handle the mullet hair...
