Hey all Smiley I've wanted a fringed purse for the longest time, but couldn't seem to find any that i really wanted (or were affordable). So, i decided to make one myself! I originally wanted to make a jacket with my fake leather fabric, but slowly lost interest in it, so I used the leftovers for this bag instead. This is my first attempt sewing leather, which is the biggest pain in the ass that i've ever encountered, ever. It even trumps sewing silk or stretch. I had to resort to using talcum powder on the leather so it would sew smoothly, or just sewing reeeaaally slowly and hoping for the best lol Cheesy

This was super time consuming, it took me aaaaages just to cut out all that fringe! 3 layers of them. Other than that, the construction of the bag was pretty basic. It is lined with some ikea canvas, which was really meant for curtains or some shit, but makes for great lining.

Okay, less talk more action!

On me, haha I couldn't resist.

Fringe!

Concrit appreciated Smiley Have a good one, you guise.
