what is the rules on parcels to APO addresses? or where does one find out?

never mind - one finds out on the usps home page by linking to military address information and support our troops and there is a flat rate box the same size as the larger flat rate box for any other USA address.

nice to know!

I signed up for lots of yarn and beading supplies.  I can't wait to see who I'll be partnered up with.

Alright, so I now know that I don't mail things near enough.  First, I don't even know where to look for a flat rate box, two I've never shipped anything UPS, and three,,....have no clue what a DC number is.     Huh

Someone on the Canada swap has mentioned that in Canada, we don't have UPS....hope that wont' mess anything up.

It's okay, you don't have those in Canada.  The flat rate box from USPS is a United states thing.  No wonder you're confused!  LOL.  I'll set you up with someone from Canada.
