I'm looking for a canvas at least 3x5 ft in size, upon which I shall paint...stuff.
I live in the Brainerd Lakes area, and can't find any place that would have one. I can also visit the St.Cloud area next week. I would also be open to websites that sell them; I'm looking now, but keep coming up empty.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Stretch your own.
It's about the only way to have a canvas bigger than 36''x48''. There's an art supply place downtown Brainerd (if there is such a thing), that sells unstretched canvas, or go to the 'mall' and buy any 100% cotton muslin or canvas duck. Build your own frame - not tough. Staple - gesso - paint.
