These completely terrify me and will give me nightmares... But they are very beautiful. I especially like the light colored one.

Since moving to east county Sacramento I've been rather traumatised by spiders!  One evening I went into my kitchen, turned on the light and surprised a huge brown furry spider!  Shocked  I took one look at him (size of a mouse, I kid you not) and he took one of me, (considerably larger than any mouse.)  He stood on his back legs and I could have sworn he was screaming too! Then we both ran in opposite directions.  I never saw him again, though I practically took the stove apart looking for him.

I still love spiders somehow...OUTSIDE and only if they are not black widows or other freakiness, and Halloween is my thing, so I really love these necklaces.

I must say, when I first saw the thumbnail image I thought they were little.  It's really wonderful how large they are!  I also like that you have them hanging by their back legs.  Gorgeous work - well done!

Ditto on please posting a tutorial, if your willing to post it.

I would love to make one of these for my mother.  She LOVES spiders, we have an entire wall in our house dedicated to spiders, like, literally.  I however DESPISE spiders, but I would love to make one for her. I think it would be a nice surprise.

They look really great.  Consider perhaps putting one on a pin back, that would look pretty pimp too  Grin

I unfortunately cannot post a tutorial for various reasons that I cannot actually mention in a post (Craftster rules).  Embarrassed Sorry folks. It's just taken me quite a while to get these just right and I can't give all my secrets away. I swear I am not selfish or a big grinch. I've posted tutes before for other things.

I've actually made a few on pin backs for some teachers! I've also made these:

I call them "Spiders and Cream"

I took one look at him (size of a mouse, I kid you not) and he took one of me, (considerably larger than any mouse.)  He stood on his back legs and I could have sworn he was screaming too! Then we both ran in opposite directions.
Ha! That is priceless!!
