This is my twelfth grade art major work.

aka.. millions and millions of inchies!
Smiley
I had lots of fun doing this. I like that my art was fun art, instead of the serious, painterly type of art that most of the other people in my class was doing. It was extremely relaxing and de-stressing and if I had more time I would probably have kept making more.

Craftster has been a huge source of inspiration for my artwork, so I would like to thank everyone out there who inspired me... (that's a LOT of you)
In particular the inchies idea! So thankyou for that Smiley

Here are some detail shots. There are 25 pieces altogether, so.. yeah I didn't take photos of all of them.

These ones are inchies Mod Podged onto painted black canvas and then glossed with this super shiny gloss I found in the storeroom 'Final Gloss Varnish'. Shiiiiny.

And these ones are the bigger ones, on cardboard:

(This one's my personal favorite out of everything. For my Extension English course, our area of study is called Retreat from the Global, so this one is inspired by that. I dedicated it to my teacher on the back  Grin)

And on perspex (found in the storeroom.. it's like heaven in there)

It gets marked sometime in October, so.. fingers crossed. When I get it back I'm going to hang them all up in my room. I'm really excited for that Smiley
Thanks for looking!!

Wow  Shocked you must have so much patience and energy!!
I think it would be really cool if you could scan them and make your own wrapping paper / scrapbooking paper!! (I don't mean to trivialize anything - I just think it would look so pretty.)

Grin I like the "Blink" one, and Retreat from the Global ones the best, but I also really enjoy the detail in the small canvas, and the way they work together to make the large work of art.

Great job!
