Hi ya'll,

I saw a toy similar to the one I made right here on craftster so I thought I'd try my hand at making one.

I made this for my new grandson who is due in Oct.  I read a post about how you give a child his/her own monster and that way they'll be protected from other monsters.  I thought that was such a neat legend, kinda like the dreamcatcher legend, or the South American doll legend.  The picture looks a little spotty but it isn't really, it's a bright florescent green.  This is the first of maybe many.

I hope it isn't too scary for the baby, though.  It's just cute to me.  I love the legend I read about monsters, though.  I had night terros when I was little and having something like this or a dreamcatcher would have been a Godsend.
