I'm heading off to vacation for the weekend, but I wanted to post some of my latest projects here first.

First we have some plush inspired by Stephenie Myer's Twilight series"

These guys are three different interpretations of Jacob (werewolf character).  They are all made of super soft brown fleece, and have different little personalities.  From left to right:  Wolf Song Jacob, Running Free Jacob (upper right), and Goofy Grin Jacob (lower right).

Next is a set of totoro plush I just finished last night, purely for my own enjoyment.  I have always loved the movie, and wanted my very own forest spirits.  These versions are different in that I've created them to reflect the changing of the season into autumn.  Perhaps when the forest changes so do the spirits! (Note: These guys were all crafted from a pattern of my own design and sewn entirely by hand.)

Group shot!

This guy represents early autumn when the forest is just beginning to change.  Acorns begin to fall from the trees followed soon by the leaves.  I felt that his design was a bit plain, so I embroidered a small acorn and some leaves on him.

This totoro was actually the first that I made even though he represents mid-autumn.

And finally the biggest totoro to represent the end of fall.  He has a small pumpkin and green vines embroidered on his lower stomach.

Hope you enjoyed them!

Thank you!  The acorn guy is my favorite too actually.  I found that kind of ironic because I liked his character design least in the movie, but maybe all he needed was some color and acorns. Wink

Super adorable! Totoro and Twilight are some of my favorite characters/stories of all time. Love the three Jacobs. Great job on the detailing on the Totoros.
