Ok, so I recieved from miss_k like a year ago, but I have been a total picture slacker...so here, finally, are the pics of my awesome package!

First up, these two totes!  I love the fabrics on both...one is a crazy cute paisley, and the other is a sweet polka dot:

Next, a giant skein of hand-dyed yarn in beautiful colors...it is for making the felted basket pattern that I tried to get into the picture.  I can't wait to knit this, it is one of my first after christmas to dos:

Next, a whole bunch of patchwork coasters!  (ignore my worktable underneath!)  These are all sorts of colors and patterns...and perfect!  There are actually two more, that miss_k made for my son, but he has got them in his room...he loves coasters.  for real.:

Next, these supercute patchwork baskets!  so adorable!  There were 3 originally, but again, one was for Alexander and he has got a whole bunch of guys living in there now.  These have cute little handles on them!

And now, the best thing!!!  miss_k made me a wallet!!!  This is a totally souped up wallet, so I've got a bunch of pics to show all the parts inside.  miss_k is a wallet genius.

The solid brown part is card slots...hard to see in the picture.  It is so fabulous, and I love the fabric and colors.

Thank you SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much, miss_k!!!!  The wallet is really working well!  I can even fit all my coupons and stuff in there!

i have been a craptastic partner, i have to apologize. i got home almost two weeks ago, and i still haven't posted pics of the amazing stuff gingerquilts sent me. all i've been doing is sleeping! (you know how they say you need a vacation to recover from your vacation? when your vacation is visiting my family, you need TWO vacations to recover from it!! Grin)

gingerquilts and i decided to each send one big project and one chunky page. i saw the sacred heart wallhanging that she'd made for stifflersmom a while ago, and i've been lusting over it ever since, and she wanted one of my vinyl bags.

first, the chunky page. she told me it would be "simple"!! it's fabulous, and definitely not simple!

and the back

i love the sewing girl! her dress is so fricking cool with the letters in it, and the face is perfect!

and the big project. i wanted to post an action shot of this, but i haven't been able to get a proper hanger for it, so you can kind of see the blue gingham curtain rod i used instead!

isn't it amazing?!

and a wider shot, so that you can see how fabulous it looks in my bathroom!

i love it so much! she sent me a bunch of other goodies because she felt bad that the quilt wasn't embellished enough - whatever! it's gorgeous! (but i still love the goodies anyway! Wink)

she sent me a glow in the dark virgin mary figurine, which i adore (the one on the right!)

and another wider shot, it fits perfectly on that shelf!

and awesome skull fabrics!! we have way less selection of fun fabrics here, and since i've declared a moratorium on online shopping, this is MUCH appreciated!

and these incredible vintage buttons! i LOVE vintage buttons, especially the big ones, and these are so perfect! she packaged them up in a little fabric bag, you can see it peeking out in the corner of the picture.

she totally spoiled me! if you ever have the opportunity to swap with gingerquilts, count yourself VERY lucky, she's an amazing partner!

thank you so much gingerquilts!

Oh crafty_dame, you are FAR from a "craptastic partner"!!  I love the action shots.  Glad you like everything.  I love that bathroom, seriously.

I have been carrying my bag you made since I got it.  I've received a ton of compliments on it.  I feel like I'm the one that made out in this swap!!
