Harvey, I'm in Australia (South Australia to be exact) so there's one of us in this. However I was kinda hoping for an overseas partner...

That's cool. I think that I am not really ready to sign-up for another swap and so I am using this as an excuse. Tongue Think I'll sit it out and watch out for the next round. Cheesy

I will keep an eye on the gallery though.

Hey Fiber People: I am very interested in personal swaps for painted/dyed roving or top. I can swap supplies or crafted items. Let's talk!

I've heard a lot of talk about fellow craftster's kids loving pokemon.  Is it crazy that I love it too?  I'm 20 years old and am adddicted to playing the games on my nintendo DS.  I think there's something about venturing out to find new things, play a variety of different min-games, and best of all, filling that national pokedex.  I even have a group of friends who all play Pokemon Diamond/Pearl on their Nintendo DS's too.  And I swear, we're not huge dorks either.  It's just something that seems natural.

Everyone in my house has either a copy of pearl or diamond (there's four of us).. I'm currently playing Fire Red, one of my housemates flicks between Leaf Green and Diamond, and I once I finish Fire Red I'm restarting Gold I've decided. I'm 19.

So no, not strange at all.

I actually love the Pokemon games for the DS.  I got the diamond version at a yard sale for $5 and figured my son would play it.  I tried it first and got totally obsessed.  Smiley  I'm 29....lol....so its not totally abnormal.  Smiley
