I've only been knitting for about 2 weeks now, but I've already fallen in love with it. This is actually my second attempt at a scarf... the first one ended up being about 2 feet long and really ugly. I really like the way this one turned out. It's from random yarn I found at my mom's house, and more random yarn she got me from my grandma's house lol

That is the same color I used on my first scarf.  Great Job and I love the mini strips.

it's a nice color, but too scratchy for anything like a blanket or a sweater. the mini stripes were actually a random idea. i had taken the main color from my mom just to use for a project, and she didn't have too much more yarn, so she went and borrowed some from my grandma. she knows i don't really like pink or green too much, but that i like them together, so she grabbed those colors. i like how it turned out, and it matches the little tote bag i use to transport my knitting. Smiley

thanks!

you did such a great job and you did multiple colors..I love the combo..

I had a scarf that was about 4 feet long..why,I dunno..I never used scarves until I started knitting them myself so I didnt know how long they typically were and I was just learning so I didnt know how to bind off either..

anywho,I love your project..and good job being on ravelry already..

I love how the colours subtly blend in, pretty awesome!
I'm a new knitter too, it certainly is addictive!
