This looks great!

I work in a tile showroom, and of course working with tiles everyday I always think of things I want to do, but on the other hand, I never get round to it! lol. Really must get round to finishing my mosaic projects! Cheesy

I swooned over these pictures for a long time! I love mosaic work and this is so different and intricate. The resin gives it a nice finish.

I would say dive in head first. I had never done any mosaic before. It is not too hard. Once you start, you will get the hang of it pretty fast.

Cover the mosaic in resin! ah! brilliant! I have this mirror with a mosaic boarder/frame that I made in high school that tends to give me little paper-cut-like injuries if I happen to run my fingers across the mosaic parts, even though it's completely grouted. It's the varying thicknesses of the glass chunks that get me. That's such a good solution for that.  Cheesy

Thanks! I just might do it myself if I can get around to it.

Is the table very heavy? Or top heavy? I have 4x4 times from Spain that I've had for almost 20 years now. I'm afraid that whatever surface I put them on will become ungodly heavy or top heavy.
