YEAH !!!! Just found out that I am in. I have been stacking up whimsies for months and months in hopes that I could get in on one of these. Also have some really cool jars and tins. Soooo happy to be here. Smiley
Anyone else here into sewing notions as well?

Yay Tero!  I'm excited that you joined!

Sewing notions are fantastic, I usually send some, but I love to receive them too!

Hmm, in my profile this swap has been stuck near the top of my list, out of date order, for no apparent reason. Huh Anyone else have a similar problem?

Same thing here, but I don't think it matters much.  It's just aesthetically bothersome.   Cheesy

I really hope I'm not the only person who doesn't have a stockpile of whimsies ready and waiting. I have lots of possibilites for procuring whimsies however, and the quest is half the fun.

What exactly are sewing notions?  I hate to sound like an idiot, but.... like, buttons?

I've got lots of whimsie ideas already! Cheesy I can't wait to get started.

I agree that tarot cards would make great ephemera though I have no idea about how they work or the forces behind them.

I noticed that when I was checking everyone out to join the swap. I'm not sure why it's doing that. Maybe because of the new server? It threw me at first too.

I thought that was weird too.  I joined three swaps and got one at the top, one in the middle, and one at the bottom.

Don't worry, I don't have hardly any either, it will give me a good excuse to buy some of the sweet useless stuff in charity shops!

Totally; I have stuff I've just held on to, remnants from other projects, etc.  I've been cruising the dollar stores since I signed up the other day (not to worry to my future partner - dollar store stuff is pretty limited).
