 Cool Cool (2 cool!)
wish I had a kiln.

My GMIL made my husband and I one of these for our first wedding anniversary using a champagne bottle she snagged from the wedding.  Of course it broke when we moved in Jan, you know a good way to fix it?

There are some glues. If you have access to an art glass store you can call and ask them. Or just a regular glass store or hardware store might know. Zap-a-gap is good stuff, might work, Michaels sells it. E6000 holds really well but is really thick so might not work the way you want it too. Break a bottle in a paper sack and test it.

WOW!  What a fantastic way to wake up in the morning!  Looks as if I have alot of questions to answer!

1. "How'd you do that?"  It's kiln formed glass, I took an old wine bottle (my friends collect them for me) and I melted it in my kiln, using a verrrrrrrrry slow program.

2.  "Can I repair my broken one from my wedding"...I'd ask grams to make you another, if per chance she may have another bottle from your wedding.  That's a bummer!

Thanks for all of the comments!  You all ROCK!
