I made these today and they are probably the best dessert I have ever made.  I can post the recipe if anyone would like it. Smiley

LOL- when I saw this pic on the front page I thought that it was balls of wool!
Upon closer inspection those look very tasty!

RECIPE:

1/4 cup whipping cream
1 table spoon butter
1 teaspoon instant coffee
8 1 oz. semisweet chocolate baking squares
1 package white chocolate chips
cocoa powder(to sprinkle on top)

-Heat whipping cream, butter, and instant coffee on medium low until the coffee has melted
-Add baking chocolate, turn heat to low and melt
-Stir until smooth and put in the fridge for a couple hours
-Chocolate mixture should be kind of like clay now, roll into small balls and put on wax paper on top of a cookie sheet
-Put in the fridge for about an hour to an hour and a half
-Melt white chocolate and coat the balls with it(this step is quite messy) then sprinkle cocoa powder on top
-Stick back in the fridge for another hour and you're done!
