I have an opportunity to buy a 64" Macomber for cheap but can't use it inside my apartment mainly because of the noise.  Is there some kind of studio space for artists around here that's not too expensive (I realize that's practically a joke).  I wouldn't mind sharing a space with someone who doesn't mind the noise.  I used to weave on a 72" Macomber in Mass but had to leave it with my old boss when we moved to AK.
