I want those slippers!  But alas, my knitting is lacking and I have neither the time or the patience to do this in knit. Ok, mostly patience I admit!

Has anyone done/tried to do these in crochet?  Does anyone plan to?  Have you knit them and have an idea how to make them crochet?

Any help would be great!

I haven't made them (I'm a terrible knitter), but they don't look too difficult to crochet.  You probably could crochet a roundish rectangle for the sole (a rectangle that slightly tapers at the ends, cause whose feet have sharp corners?), then crochet another roundish rectangle and sew it to the top of the sole, for where your feet slide in.  I hope my description of roundish rectangle makes sense Undecided.  Or, crochet, in the round, a tube long enough to go halfway down your foot, then stop crocheting in the round and go back and forth until the length is right.  Bernat makes a fun fur yarn that would be perfect for this; I believe the SnB version is felted.

Or, you could take the easy way out and go to Walmart and buy a pair.
