Hi,

I am trying to get a well rounded bunch of stuff on my table.  I don't have anything less than $5 for sale and have one thing all the way up to $50!.

I have some flat marble magnets in the works but am wondering what other things I could have on my table for $2 and less.

Any suggestions?

It's a fine line between 'hobby' & 'mental illness

I've been thinking about this too for my craft fair booth.  I've been trying to make stuff that uses the same materials or scraps from other things I make.  For example, I made some tote bags with mitered corners that leave me with all these 2-inch squares of fabric.  I cut them into shapes and glued hair clips or broach pins on the back, and they've been selling quite well!  Plus, they don't look out of place on my table since it's the same fabrics and whatnot.

A-ok with personal swaps.

Attempting my first quilt.  English paper piecing.  Sewing together 900 hexagons.

That's a good idea!

I decided to make some cellphone charms/zipper pulls today so we'll see how those go tomorrow.

I'll update tomorrow night!

I wonder if it's really worth it to have items at that price point...

But my stuff is all rather expensive so I suppose it depends on your product and the venue.

I think it depends on your items Dangerous.  We have a $3 of 2 for $5 earring section (mainly for kids and teens) and we also have $1 and $1.25 buttons/pins that we sell.  Depending on the show the smaller items can really make a large impact on your net sales for an event.

Invest in a quality button machine.  Those things always go.
