This is my first cross stitch for a while. Cross stitching = still fun. And what inspired me to do cross stitching again? It was RachelKristin's Hail Satan (Yeah.. seitan=satan..I'm that clever) http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=266730.0

The chart for the alphabet is from Subversive Cross Stitch

That is hilarious!!!  Grin I'd love to have something like that hanging in my kitchen. Very clever!

reminds me of my college days when I was cooking with seitan for the first time, and my roommate asked what I was doing and was really worried at my response.

"No, I'm not a devil-worshipper."

This is adorable! As a former vegetarian, I definitely appreciate the sentiment. Well done!

Sweet, sweet seitan, I do love thee.

You know, I had the exact same idea when I saw the Praise Satan project.  Smiley

But I'm a slow cross-stitcher; I've been working on a 2"x2" CareBear cross stitch for a couple weeks now...  And I've had a portrait of David Tennant in the works for even longer.  No meat analog-based cross-stitches for me right now.

Anyway, it's super cute and it makes me hungry.  Wink
