I finally did it!  I figured out the entrelac pattern and I made a purse.  I'm so proud of myself.   Cheesy  I used the Danica pattern on Knitty.com. http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEwinter05/PATTdanica.html  Then I just sewed up the sides and made it into a purse.  The handle is made from the same yarn.  I felted it to give it a different look from the rest of the purse.  The yarn is SWS by Patons in Natural Earth. I lined it with some fabric scraps and a strip of velcro.

I love the soft neutral palate.  How was that yarn to work with?  And I'm clicking on the pattern link now . . .

Shocked awesome color choices! What a great way to use Entrelac if you don't need another scarf or afghan.

I'm not happy, I'm cheerful. There's a difference.
