My lil' guy is obsessed with the remote control for our TV.  I didn't want him slobbering all over it, so I made him his own.  I went on the Verizon website. They had a great picture of the remote.  I simply printed it (in mirror image) onto Hanes Transfer Paper.  I ironed it on some fabric and sewed it into a plush toy.  I added an empty baby wipe package to the stuffing.  (Baby wipe packages make a great crinkly sound.)   Now he's happy to have a chewable remote of his own, and I have a slobber-free one for myself.

Great job! Little ones always want the remote (phone too). We got mine a toy remote and phone and she never was interested in them. We even had an extra remote (decoy) that was the "kid" remote, but they never fell for it.
  This is a great idea!
