Hello! I rarely post on craftster, but I'm always lurking!

I've quit my job and havn't found a new one yet, so I've been keeping myself busy by making lots of stuff.
I used a builder's tube, some cheap remnant carpet, no-more-nails, a staple gun, a few screws, half circles of MDF (for the stairs inside), some power tools and lots of help from my dad.

And one kitty being a vulture, as we like to say. She follows me around all day and watches me. spy.

And also a bed I made quite a while ago but never posted.

And just for fun, the other kitty, she prefers to use the bed rather than the tower. Roll Eyes Oh well.

Yay!  Cheesy

p.s.
i forgot to mention since it is indeed almost 7 foot tall it is in no danger of falling over. My Dad created a  good base which is only partially seen!

OMG that is AWESOME and hilarious at the same time!!  Grin If you could get a cat head poking out of each hole it would be a cat totem!

Fantastic job, btw!

This is fantastic - your cats are so lucky! I've just got a kitten and I know she would love something like this....and it would save my poor curtains!  Smiley

Great job on the kitty tower too! It looks much better than screwing a few store bought ones together like we did.
