I received from my lovely partner Mir today.  I got some lovely Noro Kureyon, which is one of my favourite yarns.

Yummy yarn balls all wrapped up

The lovely loot all spread out

Cute crochet flowers which will look great sewn onto a scarf

And some sweet rainbow stickers.

I also got sweets, chocolates (I ate them before the photo!) A Hello Kitty notebook, pens, buttons, cat buttons, loads.

Thanks again Mir for making this a lovely swap.  And many thanks to missmoppet for following through my idea.

Here's all of the great items that came out of my yarn ball from lechaton.  I received quite a while ago, but am just getting around to posting the pics.

Everything was wonderful!

The yarn ball and pattern:

Group shot of everything that was in the ball:

Close up of crafted items, including bookmarks, row counter, and really cute button and beaded stitch markers:

The cutest stitch markers with sayings like "knit", "purl", "k2tog":

And, finally, my very own bracelet row counter!  I'm no longer jealous of the other person in this swap who received one :-)

Everything was so great.  Thanks so much!!

I finally have pics!!  Auntiem asked me to post pictures of what I sent her, plus I have some pix of the amazing goodies she sent me.

What I sent her:

The sock yarn (pre-wrapping) with some of the store-bought goodies:

Two knitted dishcloths, a martini cross-stitch, and a knitted catnip toy (which got rave reviews from auntiem's cat):

I also added some candy.

What she sent me:

I didn't take a picture of the magic yarn rectangle before starting to knit.  I decided to knit out one of the hat patterns she sent me.  Here's the MYR with a bit of knitting done, the two hat patterns she sent me, and a few of the first goodies to fall out of the MYR:

After a while, I got impatient and dove in.  And auntiem made me a sweet needle roll:

and a sachet, a knitted kitty, and a hat.

(She sent me two hat patterns and knit me a hat with one of the patterns.  As fate would have it, I chose to knit up the other pattern.  So I'll have two different-patterned hats when all is said and done.)

Here are some store-bought goodies that were buried deeper in the MYR:

We've been in a few of the same swaps, which obviously gave her a few ideas. Wink

Thank you so much auntiem!   Cheesy

Thank you for posting pictures!
I started in on the socks - those needles rock and the yarn is turning out really cool too.

littlebluegirl-
i'm so glad you loved your yarn!  i saw it and thought it'd be just perfect, based on the colours you said you liked.  i got it at my LYS before they (sadly) closed for renovations.

i'm relieved that your MYBs made it over safely!
