Wow, that is really beautiful. Did you draw Dr. Copernicus yourself or did you use a source? It looks like something straight out of a really old book--awesome either way.

schnerby - cutting off his nose would be more Tycho Brahe (the Danish astronomer, who could never quite accept the heliocentric system, who was one of the world's best experimental scientists in the history of science, but had a gold nose since he lost his... in a duel... over a woman... of questionable repute! Wink

audsnico- I did draw Copernicus myself, but I used some portraits as reference. I wanted it to have that Renaissance print feel. There is a painting of him in Poland, a woodblock print and an etching which were all made during or shortly after his lifetime. The prints (an influence) are based on his own drawn self-portrait, which is cool.
