dry eraser marker cozy of DOOM

My roomate is taking Cell Bio this semester, which at the university she goes to is only taught by one person.  It is the class with the highest drop out rate.  She and I decided to put a dry erase board up in the kitchen to help with drawing pictures and general studying.  Since I have taken cell bio before and well, have a degree in biochem, this way I could help her study.  She went an bought a bunch of markers for it but alas, there was no place to put them when not in use.

So one night last week when she went to work, I got busy.  Making a cozy.
hanging on the wall, next to the board.  It was made with some left over sugar skull fabric so it matches the rest of the kitchen

now for the doom.  The cozy is also rigged so it can be worn

that's pretty cool!  Dry erase boards are AWESOME, I don't think I would have made it through college half as well if I didn't have mine.

Hmm, I could definitely use a marker/craft supply bandoleer, I'm always loosing my thing amongst my crafty mess. Very cool!

Ooooh, can you make me one that fits the little 'cans' of mini M&Ms?  Then I can have all my felting needles in their holders, and all the holders with me so when I break a needle I have more "ammo" ready!
