Not sure who has heard about this, but it seems that there is a major shortage of print gocco machines and supplies. Riso has announced that they have discontinued the Gocco and will stop making the supplies as well. They will also be discontinuing sending the supplies to the US in December.  Cry
So, since this news has surfaced I can not find flashbulbs anywhere. Everyone seems to be out, and being one of the "little guys" I am afraid that all the supplies are being bought out from under me. I just got my gocco as a gift this June and it seems I won't even get 6 months out of it. Is there anything I can do to make my own screens for this system? What has everyone else decided to do once they have heard this news?

I don't have one but I have always wanted one. I just wish they would come out with something similar to replace it with.

Really?!!!!! I've been saving up for one forever Sad My mom has been looking for one for me for christmas as well, this is terrible.
Look on etsy/ebay for bulbs, I used to see a bunch there.

Yes, sadly I haven't had mine in forever and since getting one I've only gone through about 10 screens before they became virtually impossible to find. All the online retailers seem to be out. They can be ordered from Japan, but unless you already have one it may not be worth the investment at this point. Supplies will no longer be shipped to the US past December and production for supplies in Japan will cease soon too.
So sad....

I'm in the same boat and soooo sad about it.  I just bought a chunk of screens and bulbs on ebay.  A few sellers seem to have lots in stock, and the prices were reasonable.  They were "buy it now" deals, and arrived by fedex without a huge shipping fee.  Good luck and let's all have nightly "please-bring-back-the-gocco" prayers.

I've never used a Print Gocco machine, but there's a home-screen-printing system still sold in Japan now called "T-Shirt-kun" that as far as I can tell is the same kind of deal? Has anyone tried it yet? I've been eyeing one for a while but don't have the money to blow as of now. There's 3 sizes, from 15cmx15cm to 21x35cm.
