Anteater in a stripey jumper

Well come on, doesn't every anteater get his jumper on when the autumn draws in?

I should have made his tail the same colour as the face, but I ran out of light grey wool, so now he looks half baked.  Oops!

Here he is, lurking in the bushes



And I think he might have a sweet tooth

Aww, how cute!  Anteaters were fascinating to me as a child at the Zoo.

With that being said, I just had the most outrageous idea!  What if, you made a crochet anteater vacuum cover (you know, for a handheld vacuum).  That way anytime ants invade your kitchen, you can be completely festive about it. hehe
