Love the color!  The black really sets it off.  My sewing room is a similar shade (it's unfortunately used for storage at the moment)  I was thinking white accents but white & black are now a must.

A lovely green and it goes so well with the black and white bed linen.

aw shucks... I was hoping to see the 'pink hell' because pink is my favorite color... however this makeover is very stylish & sophisticated. The fabric you chose is stunning!

so nice! i really like the curtains and bed spread! I did my room a similar blue and I am glad I painted over the blue..it was a bit to much. The green is nice!

I love the fabric choices, your bed and window treatments look very chic and dramatic.  I love the green too - but it looks very different in the two pics.  Which one looks closest to reality?  I think a nice soft blue would have looked lovely too.  Great job!

I commiserate with pink hell - my room at my parents place when I was a kid was pink, with pink curtains and a brass bed that reflected everything orange.  It faced West, so when the sun set the room glowed pinky orange, and there was gold rings reflected off the brass bed.  Let's not forget the pink flowered bedspread.  I hated it.  When we were making paint choices, I asked for blue too.  I blame my brother since he was the one collecting the colour choices.

Aww its lovely! I love that green with the black and white! The turquoise colour would have been good too, but i think the green is a bit fresher and brighter.  Grin
