Oh I love love love it! I'm so happy to see such a darling knit skirt! I especially like your advise to start on bigger needles and work toward the 10.5 for a flare (like the Paris Loop, I"m picturing) Anyhow, Way to Go!

OH! OH! OH!  Sooooooooooo cute!  I just love it!

I have huge amounts of respect for people who take a disasterous project, and re-make it into something wonderful, like this skirt.

If you are concerend about length (I see London...), I suppose you could pick up stitches along the top edge and knit a longer top section.  You could even do a few decreases, too.

Or you could buy lime green boy-cut undies and wear this skirt with a lot of attitude!
