Cat Shaped Luggage Tag

One of my good friends (and fellow craftster) is heading off to study abroad in Spain so I wanted to make her something for travel. For part of her birthday/going away present I made her this cute and practical luggage tag. It is a cat because she loves cats, and blue so that she can easily spot it.
