Oh! MEEE! I got my package from urbankitty! She rocks my socks!

Not shown is the cute toys she included for my bunny! How thoughtful is that? This woman is TALENTED, I love everything Smiley She went to a LOT of trouble to make me so many things!

PS: Her magnets are better than mine, I totally dig the bigger ones.

Those all look neat! But what is the thing with death's eye of horus or whatever on it? I'm curious!

Here are my gaiman goodies received from IqJones;p

She art-ed from no less than 3 books, Coraline, Good Omens, and Sandman (mostly Delirium.) The first is a closet with a pic of Coraline, next, a little notebook that says,"The nice and accurate prophecies of Agnes Nutter", and last, but not least, some neat-o shrinky dink pendants and buttons with Delirium on them. Thanks IqJones!

P.s. Shrinkydinks must be in season, cause I used them for Slybettys things also;p

Woo hoo!! I got my swap goodies from PickledKitty!! Wow! This girl can make jewelry man. These are the most beautiful shrinky dinks I have ever seen and the illustration on the pouches is really great. Was the picture on the black pouch a design of your own? It's really REALLY good. Thank you so much!! But enough of my rambling here's the goods:

and a close up of the jewelry:

Slybetty, I am so glad that you liked everything;p My mom almost kept the shrinkies for herself! The black pouch is a tshirt that I have that was bought at HotTopic in 2002. I couldn't find the image anywhere, so I had to scan it off the shirt, and then print it smaller to trace it onto the tyvek;p I don't remember if I mailed the little fishies or not. At least that is what they are supposed to be even though I forgot the eyes;p I hope you like Delirium as much as I do;p

Oh I'm such a dope! I LOVED the fishes! I am a fishy fiend! The only reason I totally forgot to put them in the pic is beacuase I had already hauled them off to play with them. Smiley They were actually the first things I grabbed out of the box and went "ooooooooooooooooooooo" at. Never fear, PickledKitty, pictures will be up post haste!!

Okay, I see through USPS that KendalJay got her package yesterday, so I'll post the images I used in her gifts (can't post photos because I forgot to take them). I wanted to do something a little different and unique. I hope KendalJay likes it.

Here's the image I used for her t-shirt:

It's from a cover Neil did for a sci-fi/fantasy book. I photoshopped out the title of the book and put in a quote I saw in another thread here on craftster.

Here's the image on the journal:

I got the image and the poem (ee cummings) from Karawynn Long's site (http://www.sff.net/people/karawynn/delirium.htp). In the letter I included in the package, I said that Karawynn helped Neil come up with the character, but I was SOOO FREAKING WRONG. She just wrote a story about Delirium. So I apologize for that error, KendalJay. I also put KendalJay's signature on the back of the journal.

Hope you liked it KendalJay!!!

hahaha. You're quite welcome. I'm glad you like it. As far as my package, that's fine. I've been so busy with a sick grandmother, an audit at work, and Easter fast approaching that I haven't missed it yet. I look forward to it!

Hope you're feeling better!

Metamurph and myself have both been caught up with big things in life lately, so we both have sent eachother pms to assure eachother that we haven't flaked, we just aren't finished yet! I'll most likely have mine mailed out by the weekend though. Sorry about not keeping you updated about it!

Hi IQ! I'm so glad you liked everything! PMD is meant to say PMC actually. It's precious metal clay and it's what I used for the charm on your bracelet. It is a cermaic-like clay that turns to .999 silver once its fired. (This was my first PMC project so I'm uber happy you like it) Enjoy your stuff and keep your eyes peeled for the second installment! It will be faboo! -MH

KendalJay, you rock so much I could cry.

I've solved the package mystery. On the 15th (or there about) I got the package delivery notice. I signed it, checked "Leave at residence" and put it back out for the mail man. Days go by and nothing, including no second notice. Today I go by the branch, thinking maybe the package was sent back somehow. They pulled it out of the back and I went to work and opened it.

I feel so bad! You sent me such cooler things than I sent you! Dammit!

Okay, here's a description and later I'll give you some pics:

10 Sandman postcards, tied with a pretty black ribbon.
4 Sandman marble magnets (LOOOOOVE the quote one!)
A bag with a black ribbon handle and "The High Cost Of Living" and an ankh stitched on front (and I looked inside, Jenn, and it doesn't look messy at all!)
And a journal with Death all over it and Death quotes as well.

I LOOOOOOOOOVE it! I could kiss you on the lips. It's beautiful. Thank you!

PMC-- yeah, I think PMD is British for PMS, my bad-- you did write PMC... That is so freaking cool! I have never even heard of it before. A secong installment?!?!? Too much!!! I finally found the perfect place for Morpheus picture! I had to re-arrange my room (part of massive Spring cleaning effort) & am pulling out the hammer & nails tomorrow:)

Hey Metamurph! Any chance you've gotten my package in the mail yet? I sent it out before I left for Italy (just under a month ago). Canda Post can be screwy though, so if you haven't, hopefully it'll get there soon!
