OK , I have read just about every post and searched google (I may have just missed it), but I need an easy tutorial for girlie-ing up some concert shirts. I want to make them like cap sleeved, a little off the shoulder. I guess what I want to know if where to cut the neck off at (I think I can figure out how to sew it), I am a little scarred to start hacking away at a shirt. Any help would be great!
