Hi, I'm a long time lurker and I luv this site..
I've been looking on the internet for sewing OR crochet patterns for a fedora hat. Would any of you know where I can get one? I've been looking on this site and I really havent found much help.
Plus I can't buy a pattern because I live in Barbados and they do not have any patterns for a fedora or a newsboy cap.
Please replyy soon!
Thanks in advance! Smiley

If you google "fedora tutorial" you will get alot of things, I usually just look at images and take it from there.

OH** use the search in here too  Grin

Also if you download Wild Ginger they have free patterns for sewing hats, included is the newsboy

Good luck

Well google didn't really help me. Apparently there is a computer program called "Fedora" so it was confusing the hat with the software.
Well, i'll keep looking.

I think you'll need to modify another hat pattern to be a fedora shape.  I looked around quite a bit and didn't find any patterns that said "fedora."   Sad

Here's a newsboy cap:

i may give the crochet pattern a go, but i prefer fabric fedoras.
