Excuse this if it a bleeding obvious question... but what is a taggie?

Some babies/kiddos just gravitate to tags, so blankets/lovies/toys with ribbon tags make great gifts.  My daughter loved tags.  Anything that had a tag or ribbon on it, which meant ALL her stuffed toys, blankets, clothes, rattles... she would sit and fuss with the tag and make this silly noise she always made when she was concentrating really hard.  Honestly it drove us batty to the point where my mom cut most of the tags OFF of her toys in an effort to make her quit.  It didn't work.

But I can definitely see the comfort aspect of the taggies because of this.
