you did an outstanding job!!! That looks like something I have paid around 80.00 - 100.00 for.... And that item is still great, and I bet in the years to come you're going to cherish that beautiful sweater!

I've never seen a hood with the cable like that. Super awesome.

I am always open to personal swaps...I'm always on the lookout for new bags, shawls, punk/steampunk accessories, Altoids tins, etc. As a professional illustrator/fine artist, I can offer something crafty, or something more artsy. Let's talk!

Thank you all for the nice comments, I'll wear this sweater until it falls apart and then knit another!

The pattern is Rogue Hooded pullover and you can get it here:

I did some modifications to the length, the hem and the bottom side cable. The pattern is really well written and I can recommend it if you want a cable challenge, but the stockinette portions break it up enough so the knitting is actually quite fast.

I don't even have the words for how gorgeous I think your sweater is  Shocked. I'm a HUGE sweater fan and I've actually been teaching myself to knit for the sole purpose of making sweaters. Seeing your work is a super-motivator for me to keep practicing!! Thanks for sharing  Grin
