my sister was a daisy & her husband was a bee.

.. he pollinated her.

How about Dad going as a Baker and Mom going as an oven? Use a cardboard box make a little oven door and a loaf of bread on your tummy...Smiley

>..< That reminds me how my parents went to a halloween party when I was younger and my mother was a pregnant nun.
My father was the devil. She said the devil made her do it.
It sounds sort of horrible but it was hilarious.
She didn't have the preg belly though just a pillow.
They won a best couple contest though. Cheesy

I have a vivid Halloween memory of knocking on a neighbor's door and a pregnant woman answered, a cardboard box cut out in the shape of a table wrapped around her waist with an empty shot glass and an ashtray sitting on it. My friends and I said the usual trick-or-treat, and somewhere along those lines she revealed that her costume was a "one night stand." It still cracks me up to this day; if i'm ever pregnant on halloween I am totally doing that.

It can be as elaborate or as simple as you'd like  Cheesy

The nun idea is hilarious. That's what I would do, but that's my messed up sense of humor.

I was a cheerleader and my husband was the captain of the football team when I was 9 months pregnant.  That was fun!  I just stitched a simple pleated skirt and sewed felt patches onto thrift store jackets.  I read a good idea the other day about being Mother Earth and painting your tummy like a globe.  Isn't that clever?  I'm going to do that next time I'm pregnant and wear a broomstick skirt and put flowers in my hair.

I love planning parties - come to me if you need any ideas!

Congrats on the babe! I am due a week before halloween and if I'm still preggers I'm gonna be one mad mama! You could dress up in a flannel shirt with a trucker hat and a painted on beard, with some baggy butt jeans and boots and the tummy could be your beer belly. I like the fish bowl idea too though. Super cute.

When my sister was pregnant with her first child our mom made her a Hershey's Kiss costume. I'm not sure how quick and easy it was but it was SO adorable on her. ^_^

But I also think a pregnant nun would be awesome!
