pink would be totally cute... i want to make mini hoodie for my friends. they will be having a little baby boy soon... but i would just make spikes on the hood for him... the ones up the back are alittle annoying... i can deal with it but i wouldnt put a innocent baby through that... i was thinking blue with yellow spikes... that would be cute!

How did you sew the spikes going down the back? Did you cut holes in the sweatshirt? I'm unsure how to make them stand up.

i cut a straight line up the back of the sweater and then pinned the spikes in and then sewed it up... super easy

I made a dino hoodie!!
It's not even close to being done yet, I still have to put the spikes down the back and I'm putting a little iron-on picture of a dinosaur on the pocket. BUT. Here it is. This is the first recon I've ever done, so I'm pretty proud of it.
