Nice hats  Smiley I've made the devine hat before love the colors you used, I was wondering about the broomstick lace is there a pattern for that somewhere? Also how did you get the devine hat to be slouchy? Thanks for sharing!

I figured the broomstick lace hat pattern on my own because Gothchics was the first person i have ever seen do broomstick lace in the round as a hat (original post can be found here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=249876.msg2774847#msg2774847), she's a very busy lady and could not make me one in a trade so I asked if I could try to figure it out for myself and she said it would be fine as long as i do not distribute my version of the pattern. My version of the pattern is very different but because she plans on one day publishing her version I don't want to compete with that. I will only make the hats but not distribute the pattern.

The divine hat...I think it might have been the yarn i used. The hat ended up too big and the yarn i used is a nylon/acrylic so it has a bit of weight to it therefore making it slouch in the back. From what ive heard, its very common for the divine hat ending up too big but i think the weight of the yarn made it look slouchy. Grin
I used Berocco (sp?) Comfort yarn in pink.
