Hey Bethann, or anyone else. I think it may have been asked, but I don't think I read any answers on here. Any tips on seeming these guys? I'm sewing the adult penguin back to his belly and it looks crap-tacular. I can't seem to get it to look ok.  Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

It's really hard! You can check out mine a few pages earlier in this thread. I remember pinning the point of the stomach and the bottom and then pinning the widest point's too... you know I think I posted about this way back when it was fresher in my head. You also really have to try to seam on the same line of knitting cause otherwise you'll get zigzags between the white and black.. hmmm I don't think any of this is making sense.. sorry guys!

No that makes perfect sense to me. I pinned it at the top and bottom points and at one point in the middle of each side. I do still have some zig zags between the white and black. Grrr. I'm going to work on it some more tonight. I got too frustrated and had to put it away last night. The little penguin was way easier because he was all the same color. My terrible seeming wasn't as noticeable. Oh well. I'm just afraid that when I stuff him the seems will pull apart a little and they will be even more noticeable.

Here's my third FO from this book: the adult pig.  I also made the baby spider monkey, but my friend keeps forgetting to send me photos of it. This was a Christmas present for my step-mom who collects pigs. She really liked it, though the finishing kept me up until the wee hours of Christmas morning.

after a month of trying to hunt down this book, i finally have it!  on the back cover it says every pattern can be done in 2 sizes: "clutch" and "cuddle."  where are the intructions for the alternate sizes?

I don't have the book in front of me, but I think it says some where you just use bigger needles and bigger yarn and follow the same directions.
