Saloon / Can Can / Dance Hall Girl, whatever you want to call it. I have made costumes for my DD for the last 2 years for the GoldenDays celebration. Everyone dresses in period clothes and there is a big street fair and parade.

The first year (2007) my DD won first place in the kids costume contest for girls and was overall winner for boys and girls. Here is her costume for 2007 "Blue Birdy"

And this years (2008). They didn't hold a contest this year for kids, but we did receive many thumbs up from the parade floats as they passed and from others. "Pink Kitty"

ohh i love both of them, but i love love love the pink one. i wish i had them both in my size. i would wear both for halloween, since i have two parties to go to. GREAT JOB
