I stitched this up into a patch for a bag I made.

 It's mostly straight stitch and satin stitch, with a couple french knots on the Salmon Roe, woven straight stitch for the nori. On the tuna and whitefish, you can see that I stitched in curves to make it look like the threads in the meat. On the tamagoyaki (Japanese egg cake -- the yellow one!), you can see the implied ridges. The rice is made with seed stitchesI'm pretty happy with how it turned out and I like how the green fabric makes it look.. I don't know, like sickly but in a good way? lol.

I love this beyond all reason. Sushi is my favorite food. This is SO cool!!!
