Looks like those ads in my oprah mag were actually useful!

Paper beads
Mod Podge
Elastic

Although I had the toughest time lacing those together... any thoughts?

Very cute!  I want to make something like this with my girls at summer camp for a diy fashion class, and I was wondering exactly how you made the beads!  Did you cut triangles from the ads or just straight strips? And did it take a lot of mod podge?  thanks Smiley

heyy mento-bug!

exactly - i cut long triangles and rolled from the larger end up. it didn't take much mod podge at all, just brushed it onto each bead and let them dry!
