I've been working on this piece on and off since May. I made it for my boyfriend's birthday, although that was back in June, but hey whatever, he still crazy loves it. I took two pictures that I found doing a google image search and created this pattern. It's all done in long and short stitch on the back of a zip-up hoodie.

Just Millhouse:

His face:

His torso:

The banner:

Action shot - the hood and angle makes the design look off center, but believe me, it's centered:

I'm not technically finished with it yet. I still plan on filling in the letters with black and then putting "Everything's Coming Up Millhouse!" on the front in yellow Simpsons font. When I do that I'll update this post with new pics.

I knew exactly by the stitching who's piece this was... nice job as always, and always fun subject matter... the Simpsons!

Human rights are for EVERYONE.  Did you know that Aung San Suu Kyi had been released from house arrest in Burma? Many other prisoners of conscience are still being detained.  Please research this topic... Amnesty International needs your help.

Good grief woman! What is your name Singer, and you have needles for fingers? Were you stitching in the womb?

This looks so perfect I cannot even begin to grasp your skill.  Smiley
