In my effort to learn to sew I am taking it very slowly. Smiley These dresses were the one seam kind.  Grin I bought the already scrunched fabric and sewed them up they didn't even need a seam on the bottom. I love them! They are super comfy and soft. They can be worn as skirts too if you fold them down and wear and long shirt. I added the ribbons for straps too.

The ribbon can be used as a halter tie or left as is or tied into a bow for cuteness.

This one has regular straps so I can wear it with a bra and therefore out in public. I need a bra. Wink

What do you guys think?

Very cute!  It's a great idea to start slow - much better than jumping in too fast, getting frustrated, and giving up (as many people do).  Enjoy wearing your new dresses that you made!

I like them! I had actually been looking for a dress similar to that, but I gave up because I couldn't find one! They would also make nice bathing suit coverups.
